It is very simple, you choose the bank reference option, which is generated immediately and then you just proceed with the payment at any atm or via homebanking.

Simply 

  • choose this option when you proceed with the top up, 
  • then a list with available banks will appear, 
  • select your bank and then just authenticate with your bank credentials, 
  • confirm and that's it.

When you install the app and register, you have to activate the geolocation of your mobile phone and allow the HiQi app to use it when the app is open, then it is very simple, 

  • in the lower left corner you will see the gas station where you are, just fill, choose the pump number of where you are parked, 
  • choose the product you want, enter kms if you so wish, 
  • confirm and validate by entering your pin code, then a message will appear saying you may pump, 
  • get out of the car and fill up, 
  • when you're done you put down the dispenser, and when you sit down you already have the ticket for your refill on your phone.


If the gas station only allows for payments at the store, instead of having the option to fill up, you will have an option to "pay at the store"

  • just choose "pay at the store"
  • enter the kms 
  • and then present the qr code that appears to the gas station operator, 
  • a confirmation will appear on the screen, which you must validate, 
  • then enter your pin code and the transaction is completed.

If the gas station has the automatic payment activated, you can also pay at the store, you just have to

  • activate it in the menu where your name and registration number appear and activate "payment at the store", 
  • an operator symbol will appear next to the direction arrow, 
  • just press and then the process is the same as previously explained.
